Ellisphere is also a committed company. As a member of the United Nations Global Compact since 2012, it undertakes to support and fully apply the 10 basic principles in keeping with its operational practices. Transparency Charter

Through the Ellisphere Transparency Charter, we undertake to give you our assessment of your company, free of charge and whenever you ask us to do so. In accordance with the code of conduct underlying our scoring system, we will analyse any new legal and official information (accounts, status of privileges, etc.) which you would like to send us.

As a member of the UN Global Compact, Ellisphere shows its ambition by taking into account when operating its business the 10 universal principles of the Compact concerning human rights, labour standards and the environment, as well as in tackling corruption in the spirit of responsible, sustainable development.

In 2019 Ellisphere publishes its gender equality index. This index comprises five criteria:

  • gender pay gap;
  • gap in annual increases;
  • gap in promotions;
  • increases on return from maternity leave;
  • presence of women among the most senior executives in the company.

The policy pursued during these last years in favour of gender equality means that Ellisphere is given a positive index with a score of 79 out of 100 in respect of the requirements of the law.

Generally speaking, based on its areas of business, Ellisphere contributes to the sustainable development of the real economy and to that of its customers or partners, by relying on two key values: transparency and trust. Ellisphere undertakes, by using a Transparency Charter (see above), to explain to all companies which want to know, whether customers or not, how their score is worked out.

With regard to its suppliers, Ellisphere abides by the principles of the Responsible Supplier Relations Charter drawn up by the CNA and the government agency Médiateur des entreprises. Ellisphere has created its own Responsible Purchasing Charter, thereby clarifying reciprocal expectations and commitments with its supplier partners.

Ellisphere also develops actions promoting diversity, especially relating to gender equality and employment opportunities for young people, the elderly and disabled persons. It mitigates the environmental impact of its activities through its various policies relating to travel, ensuring the most efficient use of its equipment or sorting its office waste… The company is a signatory of the Diversity Charter (Companies for the City).

At sector level, Ellisphere supports the initiative promoted by the French National Association of Direct Communication (SNCD), ranging from data to logistics, by adhering to the principles of its Charter for responsible development.

Finally, Ellisphere regularly has its CSR performance evaluated by EcoVadis, in terms of its policy relating to social matters, the environment, purchasing and business ethics. In 2018 it achieved a score of 70 points out of 100, compared with an average score of 51 for companies in Europe (small businesses and medium-sized companies). The EcoVadis platform has ISO 27001 certification (IT systems management).
