Measuring our impact and moving forward
In a constantly changing economic and social environment, Ellisphere supports SMEs, ETIs and large corporations, as well as financial players (banks, insurance companies, investors), in developing their business relationships and knowledge of third parties. Thanks to our unique expertise in corporate information, we offer reliable information on over 225 million companies worldwide. We offer our customers innovative solutions, combining human know-how with new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.
In the conduct of our business and with our stakeholders, we are fully committed to a more sustainable future. Our CSR policy, co-constructed with our teams, is built around five major commitments where every action counts. Although we have a long way to go, we strive to make progress every day.
Each year, we have our corporate social responsibility practices assessed by Ecovadis. This assessment measures our impact in four key areas: the environment, social and human rights, ethics, and responsible purchasing. This assessment enables us to identify areas for improvement.
In 2024, we won a silver medal with a score of 66/100. This score places us in the top 15% of companies evaluated. These results are not an end in themselves, but a step in our continuous improvement process.

Each year, we publish our progress report on the Global Compact website.
Acting ethically and transparently
Ethics are at the heart of our activities and our commitments to our stakeholders. Also, we implement strict measures to ensure the protection of personal data in compliance with the RGPD; we promote business ethics through our code of ethics. In line with our values, any employee or third party in a relationship with Ellisphere can alert the ethics referent, in complete confidentiality, if they become aware of any crime, misdemeanor, threat or harm in violation of an international commitment or the law.
With our Transparency Charter, we are committed to providing any person who requests it with our assessment, including the score, of their company.
Each year, we are awarded the Privacy Protection - Pact Label by DMA France, a guarantee of our compliance with the highest standards of data security and of our quality as a 'Data confident' organization in the following areas:
- Data protection policy and individual rights
- Presence of a DPO or data controller
- Treatment traceability
- Relationship between processor and subcontractor
- Security policy
- Location of personal data
- Tests and updates of internal/external processes
- Training and ongoing monitoring of personal data protection
- Cookie policy.
As a signatory of the CNA/Médiation des entreprises Responsible Supplier Relations Charter, we support the reciprocity of customer-supplier commitments in terms of business ethics. We ask all suppliers whose orders exceed €5,000 to undertake to respect current social and environmental obligations, and to support our CSR approach to more responsible development.
Innovating for a responsible digital future
As a tech player, we know that digital technology is a source of environmental and social impact, but that it is also part of the solution. That's why we've signed up to the Charter of the Institut du Numérique Responsable and integrated a responsible digital approach into all our activities. Our annual roadmap, supported by a cross-functional committee, is designed to harness technologies responsibly in our own activities, and across our value chain.
We have launched an in-house initiative to integrate responsible digital items into the design of our products and services, as well as to extend the lifespan of our equipment and optimize our infrastructures. Every new employee is invited to learn about digital responsibility as soon as they arrive, to understand the issues and contribute to Ellisphere's corporate commitment.
Maximizing health and well-being
Being a great place to work is something we build together.
Convinced that personal fulfillment contributes to corporate performance, we regularly measure employee perceptions of quality of life and working conditions.
In 2022, we obtained Great Place to Work® certification, which rewards companies where it's good to work. With 68% of positive responses to the Trust Index© survey, this recognition underlines "an environment where we enjoy working together", and our commitment to making Ellisphere a company where everyone feels valued, respected, recognized for their unique contribution and encouraged to be their full selves.
We are also focusing on four key areas: gender equality in the workplace, inclusion of juniors and seniors, access to training for all, and professional integration of people with disabilities. With regard to gender equality, we achieved a score of 88/100 in 2024, underlining our ongoing efforts.
Thanks to our actions, particularly in the area of pay, our professional equality index has gained a further 1 point, rising from 87 in 2023 to 88 in 2024. Even though our index places us well above our legal obligations, we need to make progress every year to improve it by combating stereotypes.
