ELLISPHERE announces a new milestone in the restructuring of its organization. As part of the simplification of its legal structure, the company will proceed, as of January 1, 2026, with the absorption of Infotrade, known under the Sparklane brand, a wholly-owned subsidiary since its acquisition in 2021.

By acquiring Infotrade – Sparklane, ELLISPHERE is expanding its scope of activity. Sparklane's recognized expertise in B2B data marketing and qualified lead generation complements ELLISPHERE's longstanding know-how in legal, financial, and extra-financial information.
