The challenge: better targeting for better sales
The aim of the project was to provide sales teams with an intuitive, visual tool for :
- Map customers and prospects in the catchment area
- Identify the most solvent companies
- Segment targets according to specific criteria (APE code, size, geographical area, solvency...)

- Development on Qlik Sense, including data modeling and cartographic interface.
- Real-life POC, tested on a representative sample.
- In-house data cleansing and enrichment usingEllisphere's proprietary resources.
- Cross-referencing with external databases, in particular for company solvency.
- Testing with sales teams to validate ease of use.
- Commissioning and continuous improvement, directly linked to feedback from the field.
All orchestrated by a multidisciplinary team of data experts, BI consultants and customer experience specialists.
