Julie, we have deployed the ES Connect solution for two joint customers. I'd like to invite you to share your experience of these two projects, which have one thing in common: sales efficiency through the implementation of the Salesforce tool in two emblematic, very different companies.
In a few words, can you give us some background?

All our customers are concerned by data quality. In their own way, they are all fighting against the duplication, reliability and updating of information. Whatever the project in question here, the main objective was to maintain data quality while facilitating the activities of sales staff: quickly and cleanly registering their future customer in the information repository, while facilitating the life of the after-sales department with reliable data for invoicing.

To complete and contextualize Ellisphere's action, we were faced with historical customers who wanted to find our risk indicators in Salesforce, while guaranteeing good data quality. In concrete terms, how did the implementation of Ellisphere's solution go?

I'd call it instinctive cooperation. More precisely, the ES Connect solution integrates perfectly into the Salesforce model, making it easy for us to get to grips with. It remains a cooperative installation between Levana and the customer-user, since the latter will be able to customize his platform with the Ellisphere indicators that are most useful in his day-to-day work. The installation was carried out jointly with the Ellisphere teams, who provided us with an explanatory vision of how these indicators work.

As an integrator, was the support provided by Ellisphere's teams sufficient to deploy and configure the solution correctly?

Absolutely, the Ellisphere teams stand out for their responsiveness. I sometimes had questions about implementation. My contacts at Ellisphere made themselves easily and quickly available by videoconference to provide help tailored to the customer's context.

Absolutely. The application integrates perfectly with Salesforce. It's a module built directly into the solution, which makes it easier to learn and customize certain aspects for specific customers.

As I said earlier, maintaining data quality is one of the biggest challenges facing companies. On this point, Ellisphere's solution is a particularly interesting and relevant module.
